Day 289 of the covid apocalypse Support for AuT undermining the standard model

I weighed in at 171 today after having this for dinner, cleaning out the last of the food that "survived" the power outage.  None of it looked very good before I cooked it, not sure what it looks like now.  It was not a terrible meal.

What a load of bunk.  Of course it isn't and if the APS had an ounce of editorial courage and integrity you could read my stuff there, but you can see a video of it on my youtube page and there are lots of hidden pages and, of course, the books which are terribly out of date but still 7 years ahead of the bunk you read in the APS.
