Why a grant at all?
While the basics of AuT are laid out and will be laid out in a very succint (30 or so pages) manner in this set of posts, there are lots and lots of things that need to be flexhed out.  What?  You ask.  Glad you asked (as if you every asked anything).
The early feature of AuT is based on 0', which is extensively discussed in book 2 and will, eventually, get its own book.
0' evolves or "becomes durable" in a specific way, but it is a little unclear  As I do these posts i will edit this list a bit, but let's look at what we know.
First, 0' yields a non-information theory based result.  Information arms are information theory based entities that arise from the 2x+1 where x=either -1 or 0 creating positive and negative carriers bsaed on 2(fx) or 2(x-1+x-2) summed over all the values of n from 0 to infinity.  Note that instead of 2(fx) fx can be defined as x+x-1+x-2 and these are past Fibonnaci series values of x as opposed to 2 times x in the other part of the equation.
These solutions come from 32/27, of course which are solved for those features in the prior paragraph, put through and preserved by a logarithmic solution and then extended for the next value of x while also growing, APPARENTLY as fibbonnaci growth from the underling positive and negative sub-carriers for each quantum solution to x providing for compressions or decompression which "powers" the universe as we experience it.
The exact mathematics change slightly after this because the way in which positive and negative (compression/decompression) states are combined is not perfectly determiend.  Do positive and negative solutions when soved in proximity lead to a break down of the solutions and if so, how far? AuT almost requires that no information is destroyed, because that would mean a mathematical result became undurable which is not experienced.  Matter and antimatter don't annialate each other as supposed by the primitive pre-AuT thermodynamic theories, they merely break down to space which does not abhor the combination of positive and negative in proximity and why should it?  Indeed, the existence of anti-matter in the universe suggests that proximate solutions with space do not affect matter or anti-matter, otherwise, we'd function very differently.
We will discuss this further, but you can see that while there are requirements within the math, the exact fomulas continue to require clarification.  Just because I've figured out the basics to the creation of space time, quantum phenomena and force doesn't mean that I've finished, har har.

1.   Project summary

Overview

                AuT has been developed over four years.  It it the subject of several books/papers, the latest is Algorithm Universe Theory Book 4.  This grant proposals takes two thousand pages and condenses it to the key elements.  The list of AuT explained phenomena is as long as the list of phenomena.  It explains how dimension and space time arise from a non-dimensional framework; what the big bang was; when the universe will stop expanding and why; what forces are and why their range is limited in some cases and not in others; it explains what dark energy is and dark matter; it explains anti-matter and gravity and explains why there is not as much anti-matter as there is matter and why there is more dark energy than energy and ties all of these together with a relatively simple model; among the litany set out in the prior volumes.  It replaces entropy with super symmetry while redefining what symmetry is.  It provides proofs both mathematically and based on observation of observed phenomena. To say it is the equivalent of relativity is to underplay the importance which is a very difficult statement to make since it is built on the work of Einstein.  More importantly it is built on the work of Parmenides and provides a mathematical framework for the philosophical groundbreaking work which was begun 2500 years ago.
