The president is humming this song, changing the words slightly to suit his sense of humor.
In the background fox news has one of the interminable advertisements for products for old people.  He has the consstitution of a horse, he thinks to himself as he hums along with Cher in his mind.
The head of the CIA is in the room with him.  He has been saying something about his son in law being compromised by a Saudi Prince who has killed an enemy in the press.
Doesn't this man know that the in law was given the job so he could use it to get money from these people.  Of course he is compromised, but he is no longer without resources.  Already enough good will is generated to prevent the worst of outcomes.  It is even more frustrating because this CIA agent should know that there would be no large construction projects without laundered money, most of it from Russia.  The real defeat of communism is allowing their crookedness to move forward.  Of course, that would happen again if the grifter in chief could just stay in office a few more years.

He laughs.  Have you seen congress ask questions.  they are completely incompetent.  they interupt answers where he might otherwise hang himself.  he is a bigger sycophantic idiot than my treasury secretary if that is possible.  and he doesn have any money.
but they dont have an attorney among them and are too conceited to realize how badly they need one to make sure  the answers are finished.
