This is the NLC flux capacitor
One might ask about the significance of the "overlap" points circles, but before we get too excited about these "points" of overlap, we must remember that these are algorithms and the representation in two dimensions is not required, one of these curves might be perpendicular to the other (to take an extreme case. The overlap may, however, be relevant given the requirements for changing the direction of the curve so radically which is, after all, off set by the forces of a collision. If you consider this collision as showing up as a single overlap in the third example and the type of forces inherent in this (e.g. enough to cause the type of conversion we have from dark to non-dark matter) and one can also posit about the potential for overlap at each point where there is a conversion (in the primary spiral as shown or secondary spirals which are not shown) of one clock time state to another. The fossil and pen are provided for perspective and scale. The fossil shell, in particular, shows the three dimensional potential for variation (the possibility of other spirals off this primary spiral) while maintaining the basic principle as well as the presence of multiple lines making up a single spiral.
There is quite a bit more to write on this subject, but I just finished swimming my usual 2500-3000 yards and my mind is refusing to work right so later or perhaps even tomorrow if things are desperate enough. For the moment, my mind is so clouded that even thoughts of you are blurred. Tonight as I swam I watched the sun setting through clouds so dense it did not hurt my eyes so much, but thin enough to see the rough shape of the disc. Then at last, and fairly suddenly, when I looked it was gone, set or hidden in the west.
