A comparison of predestination in Hologram theory, E-Hologram Theory and Non-Linear time theory

Hologram theory (or string hologram theory) is a projection theory.  Two dimensions projected onto space time.
E-Hologram theory rejects space time in favor of quantum time based on the existence of quantum gravity or vice versa.  Both E-H-T and String Hologram theory favor predestination.  That is, both assume that there is a some source of all events that have already happened.  This is Einstein's "The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen at once."
In the case of S-H-T there is a two dimensional film containing the universe.  In the case of E-H-T there is a place where all tendencies exist without time and when time is added; or the time inherent in this space becomes non-linear they project dimension and space.
Non-linear time theory allows for something other than predestination.  It makes the narrow transition from "adding time" to time embodying all the features of space-time.  In this way, there is no "everything happening at once" as theorized by Einstein, at least not necessarily.  Instead there is this incredibly complex thing called time (perhaps a single quantum time) that manifests non-linearity to create space, energy and matter.  While this quantum non-linear time may contain everything that has happened, it is no longer an absolute requirement.  The circular nature of things suggested by S-H-T and E-H-T becomes foggy and the question of how the data coordinates of time change to give the illusion of a universe become both more mysterious and  more subject to human control.
