Why Quantum anything-The answer or non-linear time theory and the imagination of god

Now it is ridiculous to hold out that non-linear time theory has the answer to all the questions of fundamental physics, but since I do this anyway, it won't hurt to point out that while there are theories that discuss quantum gravity they do not explain why there should be quantum features to a universe that appears so linear from a distance.
One answer to this that is suggested comes from the possibility that the universe is driven by a single quantum of time that exists without time or space and therefore can provide a constant source of "fill in space" at a quantum level.
Why this active little time powers the whole universe is the one building unknown in the theory.  On the other hand, such an active product could otherwise drive the expansion of the universe which would be one more explanation.  In this was it potentially explains the force behind expansion.
Once you leave the world of our understanding and comfort zone, time becomes self explanatory as we find a home for quantum time in the intelligence solution (see prior entries) which would mean, in this analysis, that once the maximum intelligence was reached, expansion might give way to something else.  The speed and result of such an event is worth consideration.
This, of course, is unsatisfying even though it is largely revisiting the universe as the imagination of god.
