Prediction and Foundation-a nod to I. Asimov

Fundamental physics is the attempt to come up with a set of rules which would allow one to: (1) define the basis of the system of space, time, energy and matter (i.e. quantum time in this instance) and (2) the rules that govern the transition of the system over time (i.e. the change in quantum time coordinates) in order to (3) predict accurately where the system will be in the future and where it was in the past which is what we call history and prognostication but what is really just a record of coordinate changes in quantum time in the past and a discussion of what they will be in the future as a result of the rules governing quantum time coordinate change which is perhaps the most poorly defined part of the theory.  Remember that is is "theoretically possible" for the entire universe to be constructed by a single quantum time which is non-linear and therefore not subject to the laws of time and space which at an infinitely fast pace defines the entire universe as we experience it from moment to moment, what the religious texts could call "god" since the powers of this quantum time would be god-like for all intents and purposes and because it is important that we understand it, but it is unlikely you ever could (for my part, I plan to getting around to explaining it eventually, at least intuitively).
In order for any system to be "perfect" it would allow perfect prediction and historical reconstruction and would be free from the Heisenberg uncertainty principle.  It would also be so complicated that to do more than examine a few quantum time changes from beginning to end would take quite a bit of examination. That is, if you were to predict where a single molecule was going to be in 5 minutes with certainty within a planck length universe you would have your work cut out for you.  Fortunately for non-linear time (previously known as Einstein Hologram Theory) theory, we should be able to experiment on this level by having individual particles accelerated along well defined lines in multiple dimensions.  Keep in mind there are no straight lines on earth (or normal curves) because time coordinates change in multiple directions unless they are frozen in outer space and even then they would have to be frozen relative to some fixed point (and those sort of exist, by the way, black holes which have become non-linear and therefore don't exist in space at all!).  The idea is that we can examine small groups of particles and photons of light within this system and look at predictions based on where they are, the earth's movement (rotation and linear) through space and largely "Know" where it will be at any given point in time and over time this would allow us to look backwards for this individual particle and draw whatever conclusions the universe is willing to grant us.
The idea of taking this type of analysis on a Macro-scale was the subject of the "Foundation Series" by Asimov.  He didn't have hologram, string or non-linear time theory, of course; so his methodology was glossed over (it was done therefore it could be done) but it leads one to wonder what our understanding would be if we could delve more deeply into the motivations of this theoretical quantum time which recreates the universe in its entirety with planck length changes (or 1/c^4 length changes (maybe 1/c^6) if you prefer) which in one model of the non-linear time universe would be the collective desire of all consciousness (past, present and future) which to some extent was the idea behind Foundation although the idea of a mathematical consciousness was not directly related in the book to the change in quantum states creating the space-time matrix since if he was that clever he didn't throw it in everyone's face.
The mule and cloning problem (I'm not giving away the ending of the book) is ignored for purposes of making a good story but the idea of analyzing human thought to predict the future is solid and accepting this fringe concept of time achieving linearity as a result of compound consciousness it is both possible (however unlikely) and consistent with at least some religious concepts.
