If you go all the way back to 2/25/14 you can find more on Zeno and Parmenides starting with "The Zeno-Socrates dialogs: Chapter 1:Zeno's paradoxes as the predecessor of all hologram theory" which is built on a sadly limited history. Were I not forced to deal with the more technical end of this "scientific adventure" (speaking of oxymorons) I would spend more time discussing the history of the time when NLT concepts originated.
Z&P were allegedly homosexual or at least bi-sexual (not that there's anything wrong with that) but while I could care less; I don't necessarily agree. The reason for my lack of faith in the history lies in two parts. One is that the history is incomplete. Only a fraction of the writings of Zeno exist and he appears to me to be a hard working (not necessarily infatuated) student, not an Einstein (who was compared to Parmenides, not Zeno). The second part is that the Greek science was maintained by what we would call today the Arabs or the Turks and the early Islamists later. These were the intellectual Islamists before "it was determined" by some that Islam was somehow the enemy of knowledge. I'm not going into tirade about the pros and cons of Islam, by the way. Many "fundamentalist" religions take a jaundiced eye towards technology, at least those parts which upset their views. One religion is pretty much the same as the other in terms of Non-Linear time Theory (which provides theoretical support for a God of sorts) and many have "organization and subjugation" in their roots, the former a big plus, the later not so much today, but a powerful force in early times. Perhaps by making these ancient Greeks a little "hipper" they sought to limit their importance. Fortunately, the early Islamists (and I dare say most today) were the great friends of history and knowledge and were a little more open to things and to them we owe a great debt of historical preservation sadly lost by many today. But maybe they made a couple of straight guys gay (not that there's anything wrong if they were), and maybe the history is accurate.
The last selection from NLT, the next step, was a little too short. This next part is equally short, but is important enough to justify its own entry.
WHAT ARE COORDINATE
SETS: NLT seeks to develop a math
model, but what is really desirable is to understand the practical applications
of Non-Linear Time. For now the best
definition of Coordinate Sets is “a mathematical tool for separating states of
time and therefore dimension and force from a dimensionless framework of
unknown origin and makeup but which contains our entire universe with
everything happening at once and which is referred to generally as Non-Linear
Time.
