NLT the next step Part 21 LIGHT AND ENERGY IN CT1 AND CT2 IN A CT 4 UNIVERS

So we come to the day after July the 4th and the clinical approach.
I was on the water today, rare enough.  What can I add, what am I capable of saying today?
Perhaps it is the sun, or the warm water I swam in, but no it's something else.
I have nothing to say and
No time

This next little bit looks like a snippit, but its actually one of the most important aspects of non-linear time.
There are two aspects of NLT that represent most of the transition.
The first is the conservation of clock time and the fact that each successive clock time type changes slower than that previous. I posit that other clock times continue to change so that CT4 matter has CT3, CT2 and CT1 coordinate changes that have slowed dramatically.  The other is that as these changes slow, the changes occur more consistently, there is therefore more concentration.  This is consistent with a single quantum element creating everything, as the changes get more complex and slow down they happen closer together and you get compression.  From this we can infer that CT1-CT4 changes are incredibly slow with Black Holes since they vary exponentially relative to the speed of light.  The effect for CT4 light speed changes is standard clock time, what, I wonder is the tradeoff for black holes.  For those of you who are saying, how do I know that black holes are more still, I note that they exist withing the center of galaxies with the rest of space spinning around them, even the smaller black holes create their own gravity, but what happens when two black holes spin around each other?  Does the theory begin to fail, or is there some other coordinate change that is possible, something that has to do with black holes collapsing dimensionally?  With the loss of dimension in so many different directions, isn't it likely that the loss of CT1-CT4 changes makes up any difference more than the change of movement?  Is it possible that there is a type of non-movement associated with black holes that appear dimensionless?  The answer has to be yes, and that can be presumed to be the reason that black holes have no movement in the other dimensions, even Standard Clock Time has gone to zero.  So what is CT5 that must come into play?  What do black holes experience that is one step greater than Standard Clock Time?

LIGHT AND ENERGY IN CT1 AND CT2 IN A CT 4 UNIVERSE: In NLT some of these CT(2) points will never combine, will never have CT3, F3 changes (or any higher changes) but have coordinate changes in three dimensions (x,y and z). This will remain as photonic light and will have coordinate changes of CT2 only. Dimensional coordinate changes are fastest for those where force features are less concentrated. Force coordinates are proportionately more concentrated in lower forces.
In the known interaction (CT3 to CT4) we know that the change in dimensional coordinates with CT3>than those in CT4. CT3 dimensional coordinates are changing at the speed of light, CT4 occupies those coordinate changes below the speed of light. Standard Clock Time coordinate changes begin gradually and proportionately when the speed of dimensional coordinate changes drop below the speed of light.
