where I drone on about this issue somewhat.
The antimatter question is a tough one because it requires looking all the way back to the beginning of AuT to see if anti-matter is really antimatter or just anticharge ct4. It turns out it is most likely the latter.
The best solution tracks the model to ct4-ct5 states and then rips lines off ct1-2-3 states through these at scales which can be written fairly easily but which are conceptually complex and rendered more complicated by moving not only in multiple directions but also multiple dimensions. It is like 3 dimensional chess, but with between 10^16 and 16^32 pieces and extra dimensions winking in and out depending on where you look; the number of possible lines at play for any quantum instant being 1.67*10^22 to 5.7x10^60 and each of those capable of moving in 2 directions and if the spatial changes are taken into account, there is another factor of 256 which while relatively small by comparison is nevertheless significant and the 1.67x10^22 effect a single proton/electron pair, conceivably in multiple places, the higher numbers in the 22-60 midrange affect any multi-nuclear or molecular.
However, once time is introduced into this, we add the additional complexity of a minimum rate of 10^39 of these transitions every second and perhaps as much as 100,000 times that rate (see books 1 and 2 for those calculations). The 4 dimensional chessboard of unimaginable complexity turns into a blur, which is just what we experience, our senses are designed to average the blur, to see things on a scale where they can be comprehended.
And that...is just the electromagnetic force.
AuT is precise, up to a point.
The problem with a model like AuT is that until all of the formula are worked out in detail, there are perturbations that have to be estimated by the parts that are well defined.
Given the strength of support, the geometry of dimension preserved in our formulas for dimension, the dimensional separation of ct states (all ct states maintain their dimensional status), the compression formulation (2f(n)^2^n), the concept of folding and the related trapping of states within the folds, the linear and knotted nature of the universe, gravitational and force based origins in folding and unfolding, the idea of underlying symmetry all seem more likely than not; but the huge number of interactions at any scale where we examine the model means that all we can look at are averages and large scale results which leads to the nonsense in the Standard Model and the enormous misdirection embodied in trying to understand the underlying symmetry by examining features which examine effects and not the underlying causes.
AuT undermines the Standard Model, it eliminates the basic structures and assumptions. Books 7 and 8 discuss this and make a vague attempt at reconciling them; but the true attitude that I am left with is that the Standard Model is a blind alley like many of the early ideas of AuT, like the missing mass of the universe was in space back when gravity was seen as a driving force and not an effect. Changes in perspective like that are where AuT differs from other theories of physics. Instead of taking space-time and saying, "it is" AuT looks at space time and asks "what are we looking at." That enormous intellectual jump changes everything.
It can be argued with some confidence that looking at a model of super symmetry which is below the level of time and thermodynamics is impractical; but if you take into account the absurdity of super colliders in the modelling of the universe and acknowledge that if AuT provides at least a conceptually relevant model then perhaps half (or more) the physicists are essentially wasting their time looking for fundamental features of the universe that don't exist, looking for objects that don't exist and interpreting gross scale and micro scale features based on a model which is, quite frankly, elegant but illogical, then AuT achieves an importance far beyond anything that came before.
Likewise, because it is such a simple, but radical departure, even though any physicist that looks at it will see the logic of the new definitions of time and dimension, recognizing at least most of the features with what they already know, it will be fought, tooth and nail not only because of the inherent prejudices of the individuals, but because of the group psychology, the weight of the written material on the absurd pre-AuT quantum mechanical theories, and the more practical aspect that it un-employs so many people or at least requires some retooling.
Likewise if someone were to ask, why should we give some yahoo the nobel prize in physics for ruining everything for everyone else, or even a few dollars in funding and maybe a professorship at some prestigious university, it would be that AuT more probably than not shows that most of the billions of dollars being spent on fundamental physics every year are a total waste.
As the nature of the gross effects of the interaction of high ct states with lower phenomena and the idea that what we view as particles changes to match the mathematics, the universe unravels in terms of the standard model more and more.
Most of the world, on any given morning is watching this, but not hardly enough attention is given to it relative to the posts of the nonsense press. It isn't exactly fake news because everyone believes the nonsense articles that are posted and some of them get close to being right in limited aspects, but it is strange to think that long after I am dead someone will read this post and wonder why it was so obscure in the year 2018.
So why strap in if the change will be so slow in coming? It is because once the ride starts it will be very fast and largely dissatisfying but will go on for a long long time because AuT will open doors that have been shut forever. Eliminating time as a restricting element of physics alone will change everything that we know and do,but the idea that distance, dimension can be eliminated at the quantum level means that everything you know and rely on can be viewed in a new and more manipulable way. It will be the standard model without the restrictions, without the nonsensical elements, it will be looking, not at the movie, but at the movie studio.
Come one, come all, bring the children, find a seat, don't forget to fasten the seatbelt and wait for the ride to begin.
