 If you want to preserve your claim you MUST (1) file a bp claim using the bp claim procedure (See prior posts) AND (2) WAIT 90 days AND (3) FILE A LAWSUIT-POSSIBLY NOT A SHORT FORM JOINDER. All of this MUST BE DONE BEFORE 4/20/13. It cannot be done quickly or at the last minute.

You should also file an Opt Out petition before 11/1/12.
