the universe ran a truck
into the back of my car
alas poor universe
though you crush my body
there is nothing you can do
which has not already happened
there is no value to your threat

to have his simple universe
have its simple way with me
since it will happen despite me
and it will happen because of me
and the real pain does not come
from sir isaac's dodge ram truck
but from the mental suffering
which comes from a universe
which has already decided
where we will end up
based on where it
reared its ugly head
and where we rear ours
