Everything can exist from a single quantum time in the linear time universe. This is because time exists in a singularity without time or dimension until it because it manifests linearity and it is therefore possible for a single quantum of time to manifest itself at all points in the universe.
The best way to understand this is to consider the entire universe as time becomes non-linear. As it does so the concentration of time is brought to a point so there is no dimensional separation of anything, not time, nor space.
Certainly the most distracting concept in pre-linear time theory is "time space" which accepts that time has to be linear and that space exists just because we experience it.
And if everything arises from a single quantum time or even from an infinite concentration of matter without dimension or time, then when I break your heart, it is actually you breaking mine.
