expansion and contraction in non hologram linear time theory, previously known as e-hologram theory

This could get really confusing.

There are different levels of acceptance of non-hologram linear time theory (nhltt).
On the easiest level it merely accepts that time achieving linearity brings logic to the unknown elements of other theories, dark matter, gravity, etc.
On the most complex level, that most unbelievable and unlikely and hard to accept, is that expansion and contraction of the universe is based on the maximum amount of intelligence which in turn only exists because time achieved linearity given rise to the appearance of expansion and even though the intelligence is concentrated without time or space, it still suggests that the universe may shrink as intelligence dies with the death of the universe taking its expansive force away.
What does your universe look like?  The Linear time universe has everything that I can see, but it exists as a manifestation of time in a singularity without true dimension and arises from a non-linear time singularity to which it will return when time has run its course for whatever reason.
In a universe like this, what keeps us from doing the intelligent thing, if all the intelligence in the universe is concentrated without time or dimension, what keeps us apart?
