I don't know what the russians don't pick this up. Or even more likely the Chinese. Now I know they are perfectly capable of stealing the science, but there are things that are not in the press yet, the really important stuff in the patents and what might be more important in my brain.
There are the lesser kindoms, England being my first choice, The colonies the second and certainly I have not ruled out Old Mexico where I have a great fondness.
