Patents,* Nuclear reactions, Needle drops and underlying symmetry

I do have portions of the initial patent I intend to put out there, but the real questions all have to do with manipulation of pre-time features of the universe, fundamentally; although knowing what you are dealing with and treating it effectively given that knowledge is also an important feature.
There are some fun aspects of this, for example, the illogic at a quantum level of all patents, not to mention all human action.
Aut knows about galactic centers and universal centers and even atomic centers and explains to a large extent why they are all the same.  Hint, the limit as the number of lower states approaches zero.

However this post is not about anything in particular other than clearing out old posts; I have already changed the world, it just doesn't realize it yet.

First, you thought you knew what nuclear was and needle drops.  2/pi (around 64%) is the probability that a needle of equal length to spaced lines will land between or cut a line.  Why does AuT require this?  The reason is that probability reflects the underlying solution to the geometry of space which is a function of pi as opposed to compression which would come into the equation if time were a part of the analysis, the number of drops per hour, for example. 

So you have shapes, spirals for example, reflected over time; and probabilities functioning according to pi. 

The 2, incidentally, might come into the probability because you are dropping 1 length between two lines, doubling the probability that one or the other will be affected.  But the more likely reason is that this is a feature of the creation of dimension when n goes from n=1 to n=2.  That means that mathematical probability is directly tied to the creation of dimension which AuT shows is connected to F-series compression only as it coincidentally and as a forebearer or perhaps more specifically as a template to that compression, the whole -1 to 1 sin equation relationship.

Note that pi comes from a more specific relationship of alternating infinite solutions tied in turn to -1 and its relationship to 1.

Nuclear energy is not radioactive.  Nuclear energy is the inevitable change in all ct4-ct5 transitions.  Where they are more concentrated and have more concentrated transitions in one direction or the other, then you have the so called radioactive, but this is important because there is manipulation of these relationships.

So where do these two unrelated topics come together for us.

The pi relationships occur in the predimensional setting even though they are expressed dimensionally when applied to f-series compression which is an effect of the pre-dimensional features.  We control only the dimensional features and the pre-dimensional features control us.  But we can manipulate, indeed we are "required" to manipulate pre-dimensional features as an aspect of the manipulation of the dimensional manipulation at higher levels.

The patent relies on this ability and requirement to come up with what I would argue are new, useful and unobvious (in light of AuT even?) insights into how to manipulate pre-dimensional features, arguably because they have never been differentiated before
