The same is true of being alone
Traveling is even a function of distance
And freedom is possible through travel
And this place is full of distance
where the land is carved up
with dry creek beds and hills
and old cars, wagons and animals
take you back with their antiquity
and the future is hidden ahead
by rolling hills in the distance
